Southampton SDA Church Hall, 157 Shirley Road, SO15 3FH
Join us for a hot breakfast and good company. No reservations needed, just walk in. This is an initiative that is sponsored by our Teens and Youth. We also welcome volunteers to assist with setting up and serving. Volunteers should arrive from 9am. Email: soton.adventist@gmail.com for more information. (note: the community breakfast is held every second Sunday of the month.)
Monthly Health Checks At Community Breakfast, 10am to 12.30pm
Drop into our health check booth during the community breakfast time for a health MOT. You can have your blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height and waist circumference checked. We also do a short fitness test and a Health-Age questionnaire. You can also have a chat with a doctor or senior clinician. No need to book in advance.
Table Tennis
After the Community Breakfast all are welcome stay on for a few rounds of table tennis.
